Wydad de Casablanca won against Congolese club AS Vita Club with a score of 1 goal to 0, Friday at the Mohammed V Sports Complex in Casablanca, in a late match of the 1st day of Group A of the African Football Champions League.
Wydad took the lead with an own goal from Guy Mfingi Magema (55′).
Thanks to this victory, the WAC occupies the 1st place of the group with 6 points, followed by Petro Atlético and JS Kabylie (4 pts), while Vita Club is last with 3 points.
