AS FAR lost to Egyptian outfit Future FC 2-0 on Wednesday night at the Assalam Stadium in Cairo, in a match counting for the 4th day (group C) of the FIFA Cup. Confederation of African Football (CAF).
This is the FAR’s first defeat in this group C. The Military had drawn against the Egyptian club Pyramids (2-2), and obtained two victories against Asko Kara (5-1) and against Futures FC (2 -0).
In the other match of this group, the other Egyptian club of Pyramids got the better of Asko Kara from Togo by (4-1).
On the next day, scheduled for March 19, AS FAR will host the Pyramids team, while Future FC will face Asko Kara.
