ISO 9001: INH retains its QMS certification

For the 7th consecutive year, the National Institute of Hygiene (INH) under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (MSPS) was able to maintain the certification of its quality management system (QMS) according to the ISO 9001 standard. .

After the certification audit having covered the entire INH QMS and carried out by external quality auditors, the Spanish Association for Standardization (AENOR) awarded INH its 7th certification proving the compliance of its QMS with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, said the MSPS in a press release.

During the audit, many strong points were raised, in particular the effective commitment of INH management and the involvement of all staff in order to succeed in the project to maintain and improve the QMS even in situation of health crisis, underlines the same source.

With this certification, the INH once again confirms its desire to be part of a strategy of continuous improvement aimed at offering its customers quality services.
