The Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, chaired, this Monday in Rabat, the third meeting of the National Commission for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures.

The meeting, devoted to the approval of the simplified version of the administrative decisions under consideration at the level of the regional investment centers, as well as the examination of the results of the implementation of the provisions of Law 55-19 relating to the simplification of administrative procedures, took place in the presence of Abdelouafi Laftit, Minister of the Interior, Mohamed Hajoui, Secretary General of the Government, Mohcine Jazouli, Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and evaluation of public policies, and Ghita Mezzour, minister delegate in charge of the digital transition and the reform of the administration.

The Head of Government, on this occasion, assured that the Executive ensures that all resources are mobilized in order to carry out the project of simplification of administrative procedures in our country, in application of the high royal instructions, indicates a press release from the presidency of the government.

He also called on all the actors of the administrations, public establishments, local authorities and the rest of the organizations concerned, to work on the preparation of a new generation of reforms related to the simplification and digitization of administrative procedures according to a work program accurate.

In doing so, it is underlined, the digital transformation and the sharing of information and documents between the administrations is thus placed at the base of a real reform within the framework of the project of simplification of procedures, and this, in order to put in phase the administration with the expectations of citizens and investors and thus guarantee efficiency and transparency in the framework of the action of public services.

During the meeting, Ghita Mezzour presented the results of the implementation of this law, specifying that 22 administrative decisions had been simplified and digitized via the “CRI invest” electronic platform, thus reducing the documents required by 45%. for investors, 60% of the documents required concerning the admissibility of investment projects, as well as 50% of the documents required concerning the mobilization of land, 33% of the documents required for building permits and 45% of the documents required within the framework operating licenses.

In order to reduce by 45% the number of documents required from investors, continued the Minister, 5 simplification techniques have been adopted, in particular the replacement of certain required documents, the granting by the administration of certain documents instead of requiring the investor to produce certain documents only after obtaining the approval of the Committee, the deletion of certain unjustified documents, and the replacement of a group of documents by forms prepared in advance.

During the meeting, the aspects relating to the development of the national portal of administrative procedures and procedures “Idarati.ma” and the monitoring of the implementation of simplified procedures in the field were also examined. In addition, four draft decrees were examined, with a deadline set for the end of next March for approval.
