Abdeslam Ahizoune was reappointed on Monday as head of Maroc Telecom’s management board until March 1, 2025.
Similarly, the Operator’s supervisory board co-opted Abdellatif Zaghnoun as a member, replacing Abderrahmane Semmar for the rest of his term, i.e. until the end of the Ordinary General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
The Supervisory Board also decided to renew, for two years in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association, i.e. until March 1, 2025, the mandate of Abdeslam Ahizoune as Chairman of the Management Board and Messrs. Brahim Boudaoud, Hassan Rachad, François Vitte and Abdelkader Maamar as members of the Management Board
