Four Moroccan finalists for the 1st ICESCO prize "My thesis in 1000 words"

Four Moroccan students are on the list of ten finalists for the 1st edition of the “My thesis in 1000 words” prize unveiled by the Islamic World Organization for Education, Science and Culture (ICESCO).

The list of finalists for this prize, the winner of which will be announced on Wednesday in Rabat, includes Adil El Bekkali from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, Houda El Chamssi from Mohammed V University in Rabat, Chaimae Foukhri from Hassan II University from Casablanca (UH2C) and Nissrine Nouh from Ibn Zohr University in Agadir.

Besides Moroccan students, the list also includes students from the University of Malaya (Malaysia), the University of Bahrain, Sultan Qaboos University (Oman) and the University of Manouba (Tunisia).

The “My thesis in 1000 words” prize, organized in collaboration with the Federation of Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), is aimed at students in the last year of their doctorate and researchers who have finished writing their thesis and do not have not yet supported.

It aims to improve the communication skills of students and encourage them to consolidate their abilities in the presentation of brief and targeted summaries of their theses in less than a thousand words.
