
AS FAR won at home against Egyptian outfit Future FC with a score of 2 goals to 0, Sunday evening at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat, in a match counting for the third day (group C) of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Cup.
The goals for the Military were scored by Hamza Igamane (31st) and Lamine Diakite (90th).
In the other match of this group, disputed earlier, the other Egyptian club of Pyramids got the better of Asko Kara of Togo (1-0).
At the end of the day, AS FAR leads this pool with 7 points, ahead of Pyramids, second with 5 points. Future FC is third (2 pts), while Asko Kara is last with only one point.
For the fourth day, AS FAR will travel to Future FC on March 8, while Asko Kara will host Pyramids.
