The BNRM site out of service after an Algerian "hack"

The website of the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco (BNRM) is currently out of service after being hacked by a group of Algerian hackers, who claimed responsibility for this act.

A group of “hackers” calling themselves “Team 1962” succeeded, according to their statements, in hacking the account of the BNRM website, in an operation which is not the first of its kind, after the “Tawjihi” platform. of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation. The data of nearly a million Moroccan students was then disclosed.

The site interface displays the Algerian flag posted by the hackers and accompanied by a message claiming this operation.

Note that the BNRM website includes a database of thousands of books, magazines, periodicals, research papers, theses and dissertations.
