Series of interviews with Aziz Akhannouch on the sidelines of the Davos Forum

The Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, had talks on Wednesday with political and economic leaders on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, which continues until January 20 in Davos.

Thus, Akhannouch met the former British Prime Minister, Toni Blair, the Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Gerd Müller, as well as Gautam Adani, founding president of the Adani Group, an Indian conglomerate specialized in commodity trading and port operations.

The Head of Government also spoke with his Belgian counterpart, Alexander De Croo, on the prospects for investment in renewable energies in Morocco.

Akhannouch is leading an official delegation to Davos made up of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, the Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, Leila Benali, the Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, Mohcine Jazouli and the Director General of the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency, Ali Seddiki.

The Forum has the participation of more than 2,500 leaders, public actors, heads of large companies and heads of international and non-governmental organizations. In addition, more than 50 Heads of State and Government are taking part in the 2023 edition of the Forum, marked by numerous geopolitical, economic and social challenges.
