IFFHS: 5 Moroccan players in the eleven African type of 2022

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has unveiled the African Kind Eleven for the 2022 title. Five (5) Atlas Lions feature in it.

The list includes Sevilla FC goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, who shone at the last World Cup in Qatar, alongside defenders Achraf Hakimi (Paris Saint-Germain) and Atlas Lions captain Ghanem Saïs. (Besiktas).

The two Moroccan defenders contributed to the Atlas Lions epic in Qatar, where the national team qualified for the semi-finals before losing to France (2-0).

In the middle line, Sofian Amrabat is logically acclaimed in this list given his exceptional career during the 2022 World Cup and his performances with his Italian team Fiorentina, just like Azzeddine Ounahi, who stole the show in Doha and who stirs up now the greed of the biggest European clubs.

The list also includes Senegal captain Kalidou Koulibaly and Tunisia full-back Al Ahly Cairo Ali Maaloul. The Ghanaian Muhammed Kudus, who plays at Ajax Amsterdam, is also present in this eleven African type, while the offensive line consists of the trio Sadio Mané (Senegal / Bayern Munich), Mohammed Salah (Senegal / Liverpool) and Vincent Aboubakar (Cameroon/Al Nassr of Saudi Arabia).
