For a good cause, Bouchra Baibanou is about to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for the second time

Moroccan mountaineer Bouchra Baibanou is preparing to climb Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro, for the second time, but this time for a social and solidarity cause. Indeed, Bouchra Baibanou is participating in the first edition of TREK4GOOD 2023 on February 3. A challenge whose objective is to collect €30,000 for the empowerment of 100 young girls in France and Morocco in vulnerable situations.

By taking part in this initiative, Bouchra Baibanou confirms her commitment to women and thus pursues her desire to be, not only a source of inspiration for them, but also to participate in their development and their well-being. The TREK4GOOD project also aims to share with these young women values ​​such as transmission, resilience, audacity and courage, said a press release.

Promoting female leadership

» My ambition has always been to support women and be a source of inspiration for them. It is therefore important and natural for me to participate in this project which helps to promote the development of female leadership. And I am all the more proud to take part in it alongside other women leaders in different fields.“, confided the mountaineer, Bouchra Baibanou, quoted in the press release.

For inclusive health and education

Nathalie Bondetti Lafrie, co-founder of W(e) Talk, consultant and trainer for impact projects, Linda Benkacem, consultant and networker working for the development of territories, men and women via digital and IT as well as that Nadia Hathroubi SafSaf, journalist and editor committed to the cause of women, will also participate in the first edition of this challenge alongside Bouchra Baibanou.

Thus, all four have united around this project committed ambassadors such as the journalists Anne-Laure Bonnet and Samira Ibrahim, the sportsmen, Malek Boukerchi and Aya Cissoko, the associative activist, Abdelaali El Badaoui and the consultant in communication and influence, Fatiha Hajjat.
