The young Moroccan international, Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, offered a historic qualification to Osasuna for the semi-finals of the Spanish King’s Cup, by scoring the decisive goal during the meeting which opposed, Wednesday evening, his team to Sevilla FC and which ended in a victory for Osasuna (2-1).
Ezzalzouli, who returned in the 69th minute, scored the second goal for the hosts in extra time (99th minute) on a pass from Jon Moncayola.
Chimy Avila opened the scoring (71st) for the Basque club. However, Moroccan international Youssef En-Nesyri, who came on in the 77th minute, snatched extra time for the Andalusians in added time (90th +5).
Osasuna, 7th in the Spanish championship, thus climbs into the last four of the Spanish King’s Cup for the first time in 18 years.
