Club World Cup 2023: Draw on January 13

The International Football Federation (FIFA) announced on Thursday that the draw for the 2023 Club World Cup will take place on January 13.

The 2023 Club World Cup, which will be held from February 1 to 11 in Morocco, will see the participation of Wydad de Casablanca (Morocco), Real Madrid (Spain), Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Flamengo (Brazil ), Auckland City (New Zealand), Al Ahly (Egypt) and Seattle Sounders (USA).

According to FIFA, Al Ahly and Auckland City will compete for a place in the second round, where Al Hilal, Seattle Sounders and Wydad await them. The winners of the two second round matches will qualify for the semi-finals alongside Flamengo and Real Madrid.
