Holding of the ANCFCC Board of Directors

The National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC), held, on Thursday, December 22, 2022, its second Board of Directors for the 2022 financial year, under the chairmanship of Mohammed Sadiki, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, with the participation of Abdeltif Loudyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of National Defense Administration, as well as representatives of other departments ministers, members of the Board of Directors.

At the start of the Board meeting, the Chairman praised the efforts made by the ANCFCC to achieve the positive, business and financial indicators achieved as well as for the realization of the strategic project relating to comprehensive land registration, free of charge, in the world. rural, which makes it possible to secure rural land properties and which contributes to the development of an economic and social dynamic and which generally benefits small farmers.

Karim Tajmouati, Director General of the ANCFCC, made a presentation of the various items on the agenda. He recalled the main achievements and performances as of November 30, 2022, in particular:

a 14% increase for the processing of registration applications, i.e. 183,360 applications processed;

an increase of 8% for the establishment of all Land Titles (TF), or 366,240 TF established, including 148,500 in rural areas, representing an increase of 16%;

a significant increase in registered area and an increase in the number of certificates issued;

a significant contribution to the General State Budget, up to 4 billion dirhams.

In addition, the Agency maintains a level of revenue of more than 8 billion dirhams for the 2022 financial year.

The Director General also presented the budget and the action plan for the 2023 financial year, the main objectives of which are to increase the rate of land registration, particularly in rural areas, and the continued implementation of projects structure of the ANFCCC, adopted at the level of its strategic vision for 2025.

These projects mainly concern the overhaul of the Agency’s information system, the consolidation of the dematerialization system, the implementation of the economic cadastre and the improvement of the quality of service provided to citizens.

After discussion, the Board validated the 2023 action plan, approved the budget for the 2023 financial year and adopted all the resolutions proposed by the Agency.

The members of the Board of Directors praised the performance achieved by the Agency, both in terms of land registration and in terms of the pursuit of process modernization projects.

Before closing the Board meeting, the President congratulated all the managers and employees of the Agency for the efforts made to achieve the results achieved.
