
The 32nd Arab Summit will be held next year in Saudi Arabia, the Arab League Council has announced.
At the end of Wednesday’s work of the 31st Arab summit, the Council also approved the creation of the Arab Center for Studies on Economic and Social Empowerment in the State of Palestine.
The Arab leaders also agreed to adopt the Arab Strategy for the Consolidation of Volunteerism 2023 as a guiding document, and the Arab Strategy for the Promotion of Women’s Work within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. They also adopted the ministerial declaration on gender equity and equality for sustainable and environmental development.
Arab leaders also agreed on the mechanism for organizing the 5th session of the Arab Summit for Economic and Social Development in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania in 2023.
