GUNPCE: PortNet launches new authentication service via CNIE

As part of the optimization of data security, PortNet SA, in partnership with the Digital Development Agency (ADD) and the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) launched, this Monday, a new online authentication, to access the National Single Window for Foreign Trade Procedures PortNet through the National Electronic Identity Card (CNIE).

From today, economic and commercial operators will have access to the Single Window PortNet by connecting to the portal using the traditional method, namely via their identifiers and passwords or by filling in their CNIE. The latter will have a PIN code which will be linked to their CNIE in order to be able to connect to their accounts in complete security.

According to the joint statement, this new service, which will be effective from November 14, 2022, will contribute to the reliability and security of the personal data of economic operators and thus to the development of a digital trust ecosystem in the logistics and foreign trade sector“.

This electronic initiative intervenes to facilitate administrative procedures and requests for the parties concerned while aligning itself with Law 55-19 relating to the simplification of administrative procedures and acts.
