Fatim-Zahra Ammor visits the Regional Fair of Social and Solidarity Economy in Khenifra

The Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, Fatim-Zahra Ammor, visited, Tuesday, the Regional Exhibition of Social and Solidarity Economy, which is held from November 28 to December 3 in Khenifra .

Built on an area of ​​more than 5,000 m, the show, which has taken up residence in Al Massira Al Khadra Square (Khénifra), houses a room dedicated to conferences and training workshops, a play area dedicated to children and a space for the enhancement of intangible heritage.

This visit testifies to the importance given by the supervisory ministry to these regional fairs and denotes a real desire to position the sector as a real lever for socio-economic growth, particularly in rural and mountain areas, underlines the department of Fatim – Zahra Ammor.

The 3rd edition of the Regional Social Economy Fair is also an opportunity to highlight the social and solidarity economy projects carried out in the region, to boost the marketing of products from the various sectors and to raise awareness among the local population about to the importance of consuming local products while strengthening solidarity and fair trade, it is further underlined.

This show also provides a Regions space dedicated to the exchange of experiences between the different regions of the Kingdom and a space for institutional partners in the field of the social and solidarity economy.

It should be noted that during this visit, the minister was accompanied in particular by the governor of the province of Khénifra, Mohammed Fettah, the first vice-president of the council of the Beni Mellal-Khénifra region, Abderrahim Chatbi, and several civil and military personalities.
