The High Commission for Planning (HCP) has published the evolution by product division of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the month of October 2022, compared to October 2021.

Food products: +13.8% – Food products and non-alcoholic beverages (+14.3%).

Non-food products: +4.3% – Clothing and footwear (+5.2%) – Housing, water, electricity and other fuels (+1.1%)
– Furniture, household items and routine household maintenance (+6.7%)
– Health (+0.1%)
– Transportation (+12.6%)
– Communications (+0.7%)
– Leisure and culture (+5.5%)
– Education (+4.2%)
