Two Atlas lions were injured on Wednesday during the Confrontation with Croatia: Noussair Mazraoui released on a stretcher at 60′, and Achraf Hakimi who complained at the end of the match of a pain in the thigh .
This Thursday Dr. Abderrazak Hifti, who oversees the medical staff of the national team, gave their news.
“Currently, he has two injuries in the ranks of the Atlas Lions. Noussair Mazraoui was hit in the left flank in the last game against Croatia. He did tests, but we are unable to decide on his presence against Belgium. We’ll know for sure by tomorrow or the day after. He will undergo further tests in the meantime.” said the Lions doctor.
And to clarify about the other side of the Mountakhab: “Achraf Hakimi felt pain in his thigh after a sprint, but he still finished the match. The results of the tests carried out are not alarming, it is a slight injury. We must remain vigilant and give him further tests”.
An official announcement should take place in the next few hours, when the national team is preparing to face Belgium (November 27 – 2 p.m.), winner Wednesday evening of Canada, last opponent of the nationals (December 1).
