The Moroccan from Olympique de Marseille Amine Harit went out on a stretcher during the match against Monaco on Sunday, one week before the World Cup for which he was selected.
The midfielder seems to have injured his knee in a duel with Monegasque defender Axel Disasi (58th).
Writhing in pain, he remained on the lawn. His teammates, such as Matteo Guendouzi, waved their arms to call the healers.
The OM medical staff busied themselves over Harit under the worried gaze of the players, both Marseilles and Monegasques.
Harit was on the list of 26 players selected by national coach Walid Regragui for the World Cup in Qatar (November 20-December 18).
