Moroccan actor and director Mohamed Atifi died Thursday evening after a long battle with illness, his entourage said.
The artist had disappeared from the screens in recent years since his fight against the disease. According to the artist Rachid El Ouali, the deceased died a few minutes after entering the hospital.
The director has distinguished himself with numerous series such as Serb Al Hammam, or Al Abriaa.
