CEO Parag Agrawal, who took office less than a year ago, is expected to receive around $50 million, while CFO Ned Segal and legal affairs chief Vijaya Gadde are expected to receive $37 million respectively. and $17 million each.

These three executives are among the top executives who left Twitter after the Tesla boss’s acquisition of the social media giant was completed. Their departures come after more than six months of public wrangling and legal disputes.

Like many top executives at large public companies, Agrawal, Segal and Gadde were entitled to a severance package equal to one year’s salary and unearned stock withdrawals if Twitter was purchased and they lost their jobs in the process, under the terms of the company’s termination policy.
