King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, on the occasion of his re-election as Secretary General of the Chinese Communist Party, for a third term, during the 20th National Congress of the Party.
In this message, the Sovereign expresses to the Chinese President his warm congratulations and his wishes for continued success in his high office and his efforts in the service of the Chinese people.
“The Chinese people’s representatives’ renewed confidence in your leadership shows how much they appreciate the significant achievements you have made in various fields,” the message said, noting that these achievements “have enabled your country to further enhance its stature.” and its role at the regional and international levels”.
On this occasion, the Sovereign said he was satisfied with the relations between the two countries, which are rooted in close friendship and fruitful cooperation in various fields, as well as “our constructive coordination and consultation on various issues of common interest”.
The King also expresses his wish to continue working with the Chinese President in order to strengthen the strategic partnership between Morocco and China and to expand bilateral cooperation to other promising sectors, serving the aspirations of the two peoples. and interests of both countries.
