The Casablanca Stock Exchange will proceed, on December 30, to the delisting of the capital securities of “LYDEC”.
In a notice published on its website, the BVC specifies that “following the Public Withdrawal Offer and at the request of the issuer, the Casablanca Stock Exchange will, on December 30, 2022, delist the capital securities of LYDEC”.
