The Ivorian selection withdraws

The Ivorian beach-Soccer selection refused to complete its match against the Moroccan selection on Saturday at the Complexe Mohammed VI, on behalf of the return leg of the CAN playoffs.

According to the website of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, this refusal came when the Libyan referee of the game, Yahya Abdelghani, whistled a penalty in favor of Morocco, while the score was 3 goals everywhere at the last breath of the match.

Morocco’s goals came from Anouar Frindi, who scored twice, and Azzedine El Hamidi.

In the first leg, played in Abidjan, Morocco lost (7-6).
