U17 Women's World Cup: Three Moroccan referees selected by FIFA

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation has indicated that Fifa has selected three Moroccan women referees among candidates to officiate at the U17 World Cup, which will take place in India from October 11 to 30.

They are Bouchra Karboubi (main referee) and Fatiha Jarmoumi and Soukaina Hamdi (Assistants).

The Moroccan women’s under-17 football team will play in Group A of this World Cup, alongside India, the host country, the United States of America and Brazil.

As a reminder, the national team qualified for the first in its history for the final phase of the Women’s World Cup by beating its counterpart from Ghana on penalties 4 to 2 (regulation time: 2-0/loss in the first leg : 2-0).
