RAM: Casablanca-Amsterdam flights AT850 and AT851 transferred to Rotterdam airport from July 07 to 21

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) AT850 and AT851 flights connecting Casablanca to Amsterdam (in both directions) during the period running from July 7 to July 21, will be transferred to Rotterdam airport, announced on Thursday, the national airline.

“Following the decision of the airport authorities of Amsterdam (Netherlands) to reduce the number of flights and passengers departing from and arriving at Amsterdam Schipol airport, certain flights of the national carrier Royal Air Morocco, and like all airlines operating at this stopover, will be affected,” RAM said in a statement.

In response to this situation, the transfer of flights AT850 and AT851 to Rotterdam airport instead of Amsterdam airport from July 7 to 21 aims to ensure the transport of as many passengers as possible. “Beyond this date and if this situation persists, a new system will be put in place,” adds the national company.

The customers concerned will be informed, as and when, of all the arrangements made in this regard, says RAM, noting that customers will also have the possibility of modifying the point of departure or destination within Europe, for the same travel date and free of charge.

The situation at Amsterdam airport adds to the various disruptions that airlines are currently going through, at most European airports. Royal Air Maroc will spare no effort to provide real-time information and offer the most suitable solutions to facilitate travel for its customers, particularly Moroccans around the world.

“The services of Royal Air Maroc, both at airports and in commercial agencies and call centers, are mobilized to provide customers with all the information likely to reduce the inconvenience that may be caused by this situation independent of the will of the company,” the statement concluded.
