Nigeria advance to semi-finals to face Morocco

The Nigerian women’s football team qualified for the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations (CAN) women’s football (Morocco-2022), winning against their Cameroonian counterpart with a score of 1 goal to 0, in the quarter-finals played Thursday evening at the Mohammed V sports complex in Casablanca, thus winning his ticket for the World Cup scheduled for Australia and New Zealand in 2023.

The only goal of the match was signed Rasheedat Ajibade in the 56th minute.

In the semi-finals, Nigeria will face Morocco for a place in the final.

In the evening, Tunisia will cross swords with South Africa for a place in the semi-finals.
