Morocco has recorded 219 new cases carrying the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recorded nationally since the start of the epidemic to 1,260,978.

Currently, the total active cases rise to 4,623, among them, 100 cases are in serious condition. Follows, Marrakech-Safi with 21 infections of which 16 are in Marrakech, 17 in Fez-Meknes, 5 in Draâ-Tafilalet, 2 in Dakhla-Oued Eddahab, 1 in Laâyoune -Sakia El Hamra and Guelmim -Oued Noun.
