The number of candidates for the baccalaureate exams for the 2022 session has increased by 8%, announced Thursday in Rabat, the Minister of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Chakib Benmoussa.

During a presentation on the said examinations, presented by Chakib Benmoussa during the Council of Government held under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, the Minister assured that all the measures guaranteeing the conduct of the national examination in a climate of transparency, integrity and equal opportunity have been taken.

This involves the provision of spaces dedicated to printing and photocopying, the transfer of examination subjects from the distribution centers to the examination centers, as well as the correction and entry of marks. , indicated the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, government spokesman, Mustapha Baitas, during a press briefing at the end of the Council.

To this end, 1,520 centers have been made available for the purposes of examinations and the correction of student copies, explained Chakib Benmoussa, indicating that monitoring and follow-up units have been created at the central and regional levels to accompany the different stages of this deadline.

In order to better support the preparation of candidates in good conditions, guidance documents have been sent to them via their e-mail addresses, continued the Minister, adding that the school support sessions have been reinforced and the adequacy of the subjects and the conditions of the holding of the examinations for the benefit of the candidates in particular situations.
