Spain beat the Czech Republic (2-0) to take the lead in Group 2

Spain beat the Czech Republic 2-0 on Sunday in Malaga and took first place in Group 2 ahead of Portugal defeated in Switzerland for the fourth day of the League of Nations.

La Roja opened the scoring through Carlos Soler (24th). The Spaniards, who confiscated the ball for long minutes of conservation, created a cascade of chances, but sinned in the finish (26th, 27th).

Pablo Sarabia, barely entered the game, made the break at the end of a quick transition (75th), on a tense cross from Ferran Torres, also a substitute at kick-off.

Thanks to this victory, Luis Henrique’s team takes first place in the group in Portugal with 8 points against 7. The Czechs remain third, 4 lengths behind their opponent.
