Some 160,000 files received and processed by the CRC

As part of the FORSA program, launched on April 12, some 160,000 entries received have been processed by the FORSA Customer Relations Center (CRC), and support is being provided for incomplete files in order to integrate them quickly into the program.

In a press release, the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy explains that the FORSA program has been able to carry out the majority of its key stages, the latest of which is the generalization of regional selection commissions in all regions of Morocco.

The Fatim-Zahra Ammor department thus recalls that these commissions are the last step before effectively integrating the FORSA program through e-learning training on the Forsa Academy platform, initially, which makes it possible to initiate holders of selected project to different aspects of entrepreneurship.

Thus, the program will reach its cruising speed the week of June 27, specifies the same source, through the holding of several regional selection commissions which will process a total of approximately 2,000 files per week.

Alongside these commissions, the Ministry of Tourism specifies that the phase of individual interviews, allowing project leaders to defend their idea in front of experts, will in turn experience an acceleration in pace, noting that currently, more than 1,500 interviews have been completed and approximately 4,600 interviews are being programmed.
