A suspected case detected in Morocco and 7 others ruled out

A new suspected case of monkeypox (Monkeypox) has been detected in Morocco while seven others have been ruled out, Health Minister Khalid Ait Taleb told the House of Councilors on Tuesday.

Thus, Morocco has to date only one confirmed Monkeypox case, one suspected case and seven others ruled out. The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Khalid Ait Taleb, assured the advisers to the Second Chamber that the authorities have taken all the necessary measures to monitor the situation and take charge of the cases.
